Yaani Jis Sabab Se Ghusl Wajib Hua Hai Isay Door Karnay Ki Niyat Kai Bagair Masnoon Ghusl Nahe Hota. Ba‘alfaz-e Digar Agar Kisi Par Biwi Se Humbistari Wagaira Ki Wajah Se Ghusl Wajib Hua Aur Is Ne Ghusl Kar Liya Lekin Is Ne Ghusl-e Janabat Ki Niyat Hi Na Ki Ho To Phir Is Ka Ghusl Nahe Hua Balki Isay Ghusl-e Janabat Ki Niyat Kar Kai Dubara Ghusl Karna Padega Jaisa Ki Farman-e Nabi (S.A.W) Hai Ki (Inna Mal A’amalu Bin Niyyaati)
“Beshak Amalon Ka Daromudar Sirf Niyaton Par Hai.”

Niyat Chunki Dil Se Ta’alluq Rakhti Hai Is Liye Zaban Se Kehnay Ki Zarurat Nahe Aur Niyat Ka Zaban Se Adha Karna Rosoolullah (S.A.W) Ki Sunnat Se Aur Sahaba (R.A) Kai Amal Se Sabit Nahe Hai.
Aap Ne Ghusl-e Janabat Karnay Ka Dil Me Iraada Kiya To Ho Gayi Niyat.

GHUSL-E JANABAT KA MASNOON TARIKA:

{1} Pehlay Dono Hath Donay Chahiye.
{2} Phir Bayain Hath Kai Sath Apni Sharmgah Ko Achi Tarah Dhona Chahiye.
{3} Phir Namaz Ki Wazu Ki Tarah Wazu Karna Chahiye (Sirf Paon Chod Denay Chahiye).
{4} Phir Ungliyon Kai Zariye Paani Balon Ki Jadon Tak Ponchana Chahiye.
{5} Phir Teen (3) Chullu Bhar Kar (Yakkay Baad Digaray) Sir Par Paani Dalna Chahiye.
{6} Phir Saray Jism Par Paani Bahana Chahiye.
{7} Aakhir Me Dono Paon Dho Lenay Chahiye.

Hazrat Maimuna (R.A) Bayan Karti Hain Ki Rasoolullah (S.A.W) Ne Ghusl Ka Iraada Farmaya To Sab Se Pehlay Dono Hath Dhoye, Phir Sharmgah Ko Dhoya, Phir Bayan Hath, Jis Se Sharmgah Ko Dhoya Tha, Zameen Par Ragda Phir Is Ko Dhoya Phir Kulli Ki Aur Nak Me Paani Dala, Phir Chehra Dhoya, Phir Kohniyon Tak Hath Dhoye Phir Sir Par Paani Dala Aur Balon Ki Jadon Tak Paani Ponchaya. Teen (3) Baar Sir Par Paani Dala, Phir Tamam Badan Par Paani Dala, Phir Jahan Aap (S.A.W) Ne Ghusl Kiya Tha Is Jagah Se Hatkar Paon Dhoye.

“Rasoolullah (S.A.W) Jab Ghusl-e Janabat Farmatay To Is Tarah Aagaz Kartay, Pehlay Hath Dhotay Phir Dayain Hath Se Bayain Hath Par Paani Daltay Aur Apna Uzv-e Makhsoos Dhotay, Phir Wazu Kartay, Phir Paani Lekar Apni Ungliyon Kai Zariye Sir Kai Balon Ki Teh (Jadon) Me Dakhil Kartay, Phir Teen (3) Chullu Bhar Kai Yakkay Baad Digaray Sir Par Paani Daltay, Phir Baqi Saray Badan Par Paani Bahatay, Phir (Aakhir Me) Apnay Dono Paon Dhotay.”

Hazrat Aaisha (R.A) Aur Hazrat Abdullah Bin Umar (R.A) Rasoolullah (S.A.W) Kai Ghusl-e Janabat Me Wazu Ka Zikr Kartay Huay Farmatay Hain Ki Aap (S.A.W) Ne Sir Ka Masah Nahe Kiya Balki Is Par Paani Dala. Imam Nasa’i (Rahimahullah) Ne Is Hadees Par Ye Baab Bandha Hai:
“Janabat Kai Wazu Me Sir Kai Masah Ko Tarak Karna.”

Imam Abu Da’wud (Rahimahullah) Farmatay Hain:
“Me Ne Imam Ahmad (Rahimahullah) Se Sawal Kiya Ki Janbi Jab (Ghusl Se Qabl) Wazu Karay To Kya Sir Ka Masah Bhi Karay? Aap Ne Famaya Wo Masah Kis Liye Karay Jab Ki Wo Apnay Sir Par Paani Dalega.”

“Sahaba Ne Rosoolullah (S.A.W) Se Ghusl-e Janabat Kai Baray Me Pucha To Aap (S.A.W) Ne Farmaya Mard Ko Apnay Baal Puri Tarah Kholnay Chahiye Aur Wo Inhain Achi Tarah Dhoye Hatta Ki Paani Balon Ki Jadon Tak Pohanch Jaye Lekin Aurat Kai Liye Balon Ko Kholna Lazmi Nahe. Isay Sirf Apnay Dono Hathon Se Teen (3) Lap Paani Dalna Hi Kafi Hai.”

Hazrat Umm-e Salma (R.A) Bayan Karti Hain Ki Me Ne Arz Kiya Aay Allah Kai Rasool! Me Apnay Sir Kai Baal (Maindhiyon Ki Sorat Me) Bandti Hun Kya Ghusl-e Janabat Kai Liye In Ko Kholun? To Aap (S.A.W) Ne Farmaya “Nahe, Bas Tumhain Itna He Kafi Hai Ki Tum Apnay Sir Par Teen (3) Chullu Paani Baha Diya Karo.”

Hazrat Aaisha (R.A) Ko Itlaa Mili Ki Hazrat Ibni Umar (R.A) Auraton Ko Ghusl-e Janabat Aur Ghusl-e Haiz Kai Liye Sir Kai Baal Kholnay Ka Hukum Detay Hain. Is Par Inhon Ne Izhar-e Ta’ajub Kiya Ki Abdullah (R.A) Ko To (Is Maslay Ka) Elim Hi Nahe Hai Wo Kaisay Auraton Ko Baal Kholnay Ka Hukum Detay Hain, Is Se To Behtar Hai Ki Wo Auraton Ko Sir Mundwanay Ka Hukum De Den. (Aur Yaad Rakho!) “Me Aur Rasoolullah (S.A.W) Eak Hi Tub Numa Bartan Me Ghusl Kar Liya Kartay Thay Aur Me Sirf Sir Par Teen (3) Martaba Paani Dal Leti Thi (Yaani Sir Kai Baal Khol Kar Dhonay Ki Zarurat Nahe Samajhti Thi).
