Yahan Ye Baat Qabil Zikr Hai Ki Zaban Kai Sath Niyat Karna Na To Nabi (S.A.W) Se Sabit Hai Aur Na Hi Sahaba (R.A) Se. Darhaqiqat Niyat Mehaz Dil Kai Iraaday Ka Naam Hai, Zaban Ka Is Se Koi Ta’alluq Hai Hi Nahe. Yahi Wajah Hai Ki Sheikh-ul Islam Imam Taymiyyah, Imam Ibn Qayyim, Imam Nawawi (Rahimahullah Alaihim) Aur Saudi Mustaqil Fatwa Committee Wagaira Ne Fatwa Diya Hai Ki Alfaaz Kai Sath Niyat Karna Biddat Hai Aur Agar Koi Hazrat Nooh (A.S) Ki Umar (950 Saal) Kai Barabar Bhi Rasoolullah (S.A.W) Aur Sahaba (R.A) Se Zaban Kai Sath Niyat Karna Talaash Karta Rahay Tab Bhi Kamyaab Nahe Hoga.

Niyat Chunki Dil Se Ta’alluq Rakhti Hai Is Liye Zaban Se Ada Karnay Ki Koi Zarurat Nahe. Aur Niyat Ka Zaban Se Ada Karna Rasoolullah (S.A.W) Ki Sunnat Aur Sahaba (R.A) Kai Amal Se Sabit Nahe

Apnay Dil Me Kisi Kaam Ki Niyat Karna Aur Zarurat Kai Waqt Kisi Ko Apni Niyat Se Aagah Karna Eak Ja’iz Baat Hai Magar Namaz Se Pehlay Niyat Padhna Aqal, Naql Aur Lughat Teeno (3) Kai Khilaaf Hai:
{1} Aqal Kai Khilaaf Is Liye Hai Ki Be’shumar Aesay Kam Hain Jinhain Shuru Kartay Waqt Ham Zaban Se Niyat Nahe Padhtay Kyunki Hamaray Dil Me Inhain Karnay Ki Niyat Aur Iraada Maujud Hota Hai Masalan Zakaat Denay Lagtay Hain To Kabhi Nahe Padhtay “Zakaat Denay Laga Hun” Wagaira. To Kya Namaz Hi Eak Aesa Kam Hai Jis Kai Aagaz Me Is Ki Niyat Padhna Zaruri Ho Gaya Hai? Namaz Ki Niyat To Usi Waqt Ho Jati Hai Jab Aadmi Aazaan Sun Kar Masjid Ki Taraf Chal Padta Hai Aur Isi Niyat Ki Wajah Se Isay Har Qadam Par Nekiyan Milti Hain. Lihaza Namaz Shuru Kartay Waqt Jo Kuch Padha Jata Hai Wo Niyat Nahe Biddat Hai

{2} Naql Kai Khilaaf Is Liye Hai Ki Rasoolullah (S.A.W) Aur Sahaba (R.A) Baqaidigi Kai Sath Namazen Padha Kartay Thay Aur Agar Wo Apni Namazon Se Pehlay “Niyat” Padhna Chahatay To Aesa Kar Saktay Thay In Kai Liye Koi Rukawat Nahe Thi Lekin In Me Se Kabhi Kisi Ne Namaz Se Pehlay Marwajah Niyat Nahe Padhi Is Kai Baraks Wo Hamesha Apni Namazon Ka Aagaz Takbeer-e Tehrima (Allahu Akbar) Se Kartay Thay, Sabit Hua Ki Namaz Se Pehlay Niyat Padhna Biddat Hai.

{3} Lughat Kai Is Liye Khilaaf Hai Ki Niyat Arabi Zaban Ka Lafz Hai Arabi Me Is Ka Maa’na “Iraada” Hai Aur Iraada Dil Se Kiya Jata Hai Zaban Se Nahe, Bilkul Isi Tarah Jaisay Dekha Aankh Se Jata Hai Paon Se Nahe. Dusray Lafzon Me Niyat Dil Se Ki Jati Hai, Zaban Se Padhi Nahe Jati.

Imam Ibn Taymiyyah (Rahimahullah) Farmatay Hain Ki Alfaaz Se Niyat Karna Ulama-e Muslimeen Me Se Kisi Kai Nazdeek Bhi Mashru Nahe. Rasoolullah (S.A.W), Aap Kai Khulafa-e Rashdeen Aur Digar Sahaba (R.A) Aur Na Hi Is Ummat Kai Salaf Aur Aima Me Se Kisi Ne Alfaaz Se Niyat Ki. Ibadaat Me Masalan Wazu, Ghusl, Namaz, Roza Aur Zakaat Wagaira Me Jo Niyat Wajib Hai, Bil Ittifaaq Tamam Aima-e Muslimeen Kai Nazdeek Is Ki Jagah Dil Hai.
