Hazrat Anas (R.A) Riwayat Kartay Hain Ki Rasoolullah (S.A.W) Ne Farmaya:
“Jo Shakhs Namaz Bhul Jayai (Ya Soo Jayai) Pas Us Ka Kaffara Ye Hai Ki Jis Waqt Usay Yaad Aayai (Bedaar Ho) Us Namaz Ko Padh Lay.”

Is Hadees Se Maloom Huwa Ki Agar Koi Shakhs Namaz Padhni Bhul Jayai Aur Us Ka Waqt Guzar Jayai To Jis Waqt Yaad Aayai Wo Usi Waqt Puri Namaz Padh Lay Aur Isi Tarah Agar Koi Shakhs Soo Jayai Ya Subhah Aankh Hi Aesay Waqt Khulay Ki Suraj Tulu Ho Chuka Ho To Jhagnay Walay Ko Usi Waqt Puri Namaz Padh Lene Chahiyai Aur Us Par Kisi Kism Ka Kaffara Nahe Hai.

Qaza-e Umri Walay Maslay Ki Shari’at Me Koi Asal Nahe Lehaza Ye Biddat Hai.

Hazrat Abu Qatada (R.A) Se Riwayat Hai Ki Rasoolullah (S.A.W) Ne Eak Safar Me Farmaya:
“Aaj Raat Kaun Hamari Hifazat Karay Ga? Aesa Na Ho Ki Ham Fajr Ki Namaz Ko Na Jhagain.” Hazrat Bilal (R.A) Ne Kaha Ki Me Khayal Rakhu Ga Phir Unhon Ne Mashriq Ki Taraf Moh Kiya Aur (Kuch Der Baad) Bilal (R.A) Bhi Gafil Ho Kar Soye Rahay. Jab Aaftab Garam Huwa To Jhagay Aur Khaday Huway. Rasoolullah (S.A.W) Aur Sahaba Bhi Jhagay. Aap (S.A.W) Ne Farmaya: “Ount Ki Nakeel Pakad Kar Chalo Kyuki Ye Shaitan Ki Jhaga Hai.” Phir (Nayi Jhaga Pohanch Kar) Rasoolullah (S.A.W) Ne Wazu Ka Hukum Diya. Hazrat Bilal (R.A) Ne Azaan Di. Nabi (S.A.W) Ne Do (2) Rakatain Padhi Baqi Logon Ne Bhi Do (2) Sunnatain Padhi Phir Rasoolullah (S.A.W) Ne Fajr Ki Namaz Padhayi Aur Farmaya: “Jo Shakhs Namaz Bhul Jayai Usay Jab Yaad Aayai To Namaz Padh Lay.”

Kisi Sahi Hadees Se Sabit Nahe Ki Fouth Shuda Namaz Ko Dusray Din Us Kay Waqt Par Padha Jayai Balki Nabi (S.A.W) Kai Fel Se Bilkul Wazeh Hai Ki Neend Se Bedaar Honay Par Foran Namaz Ada Ki Jayai. Lehaza Qaza Namaz Ki Adaigi Kay Leye Is Kay Baad Wali Namaz Kay Waqt Ya Aglay Din Usi Namaz Kay Waqt Ka Intezaar Nahe Karna Chahiyai. Balki Aesay Shakhs Ko Sirf Toba Wa Istigfaar Aur Neki Kay Kamon Me Sabqat Lay Janay Ka Ahtemam Karna Chahiyai.

Yaad Rahay Ki Kisi Uzr Ki Bina Par Jo Namaz Fouth Ho Jayai Usay Uzr Khatam Hotay Hi Ada Kar Leya Jayai To Yahe Is Ka Kaffara Hai.

Albatta Agar Namaz-e Fajr Fouth Ho Jayai To Usay Aglay Din Ki Namaz-e Fajr Kai Sath Dohrana Bhi Mustahab Hai.

Hazrat Abu Sayeed Khudri (R.A) Se Marwi Hai Ki Ham (Gazwa-e Ahzab Me) Rasoolullah (S.A.W) Kay Sath Thay Hamay Kafiron Ne Zohar, Asar, Magrib Aur Isha Ki Namazain Padhnay Ki Mohlat Na Di (Aur In Namazon Ka Waqt Guzar Gaya) Jab Fursat Mili To Rasoolullah (S.A.W) Ne Bilal (R.A) Ko Hukum Diya Unhon Ne Iqamat Kahi To Aap (S.A.W) Ne Zohar Ki Namaz Padhayi. Phir Unhon Ne Iqamat Kahi To Aap (S.A.W) Ne Asar Ki Namaz Padhayi Phir Unhon Ne Iqamat Kahi To Nabi (S.A.W) Ne Magrib Ki Namaz Padhayi. Unhon Ne Phir Iqamat Kahi To Nabi (S.A.W) Ne Isha Ki Namaz Padhayi.

Is Hadees Se Maloom Huwa Ki Agar Kisi Sakht Majburi Kay Ba’is Namazain Fouth Ho Jayain To Unhay Bil Tarteeb Ada Karna Masnoon Hai. Lekin Namazain Amdan Qaza Nahe Karni Chahiyain.
